Adminisrative Assitant Needed

Gardening and Such is looking for a part time secretary/administrative-personal assistant, approximately 15-20 hours a week. Regular hours preferred, say 8:30 -11:30ish each day or two to two and a half full days a week. This person would manage and update databases, manage the business calendar, make calls, schedule apointments, help with payroll reporting, order tools and business cards, update and post articles to the web site, manage our Facebook business page and Instagram account, help prepare invoices, prepare reports, sort mail, file, organize financial information, and purchase supplies. Must be or able to become adept at Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, our Facebook business page, and Weebly. Candidate must be efficient, proficient and good with people. Some of the work can be done remotely but some must be done in the home office, which would become the administrative assitant's office. Wage commiserate with skills and experience, to be discussed in e-mail. We do however pay is quite competitive.
